Fenyue Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in Zhuhai in June 2012. Eight veterans in the domestic management consulting industry, out of their sense of mission and their respective lofty ambitions, relied on their rich experience accumulated in many internationally renowned management consulting companies and their own excellent consulting skills to create China's local strategy, management, and investment consulting company. We focus on helping customers formulate strategies and implement strategies, including formulating strategic plans, using strategic decoding to describe, measure, decompose and manage strategies, and re-engineering or optimizing organizational control, talent management, brand/sales and process/operations to undertake strategies.
